Description: With the help of our friends at Tolga Farms, Joe White Malting and Bintani, we’ve taken on the huge task of bringing Certified Sustainable, single-origin, regeneratively grown barley to each and every Rocky Ridge brew. Barley that boasts a 73% lower carbon footprint compared to traditional malt, and can be traced from paddock to pint. This milestone has been years in the making, and represents a giant leap forward, removing 70,000kgs in annual malt CO2-emissions.
Now, let’s talk about the beer. It pours a clear, burnished gold with a white head, offering aromas of nectarine and pineapple layered over bready cracker malts. On the palate, bready cracker malts lead, with waves of nectarine and pineapple from a blend of Aussie and Kiwi hops, before finishing with a crisp, lingering bitterness.
