WELL..Thanks to a handy little fusion reactor in the sky, our Jindong brewery has proudly become one of the few 100% off-grid breweries in Australia, and globally. We are a true off-grid brewery, devoid of any mains electrical connection, reducing fossil fuel reliance and CO2 emissions. Our state of the art solar array generates 280kWh. That’s enough power to run 87 average Aussie homes for a full year.
This West Coast IPA pours a clear golden body, bursting with melon, citrus, and a touch of white pepper and pine resin. On the palate, you’ll get citrus and pine upfront, followed by waves of dankness and white pepper. The bitterness builds and leaves a resinous finish that sticks with you.
